New Employee Online Registration Portal ←(New employees must first register in this system)
Note:
- New employees of this university must first register in the system and fill out personal information.
- After completion, print out your resume along with required documents for submission to the human resource office.
- The ANID accounts of new employees will be automatically enabled after completion of registration in the system.
Please change your password upon your first login to the portal website (default password is the last 6 digits of your ID number); after completing these steps you will be able to access your e-mail account and related campus information services.
Full-time Faculty Reporting Process Information (Reporting Process Form):

Other required information:
- Front and back photocopy of your ID (foreign faculty members must provide photocopies of passport and residence card (documents must be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records).
- Household registration or household registration records within the past 3 months (documents must be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records).
- Photocopy of diploma (includes bachelor, master’s, and doctorate degrees; (documents must be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records).
- Three 2.5-inch photo of the bust (for creating identification cards, write your department, name, and title on the back of the photos).
- Documents of proof for all experiences or photocopy of evidence of service (documents must be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records).
- Photocopy of proof of dismissal from previous employer (if transferring from the university, please provide wage history or assessment notice).

Photocopy of teaching certificate (if document has been submitted, documents will be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records). Current employees do not need to provide this

Fill out teaching qualification form for submission (www.schprs.edu.tw code: 1048. Those already with a teaching certificate do not need to fill this out). Current employees do not need to provide this
- Photocopy of document proving completion of mandatory military service (Males only, documents must be inspected and photocopies will be filed for records).
- Provide bill of health taken within the past 3 months (standard hospitals will suffice, must include hepatitis B blood tests, X-ray examinations)
- Health insurance transfer form (include dependents, additions, for health insurance use).
- Photocopy of bankbook from Cathay United Bank. (If you require registration of an account, please apply at the Cashier each Thursday between 9:00-12:00)
