Introduction

  • The Personnel Office provides full personnel and human resources services to all the University Colleges and Administrative Units. The Office takes charge of the recruitment, promotion, dismissal and retirement of university faculty and staff. It helps verify teachers’ qualifications and certificates; it deals with salary scales, insurance and leave requests; it administers rewards and punishments and handles the employees’ applications for further education.
  • The Personnel Office helps the University draw up personnel laws and regulations in accordance with the Acts of the Ministry of Education. Its duty is to assure a sound personnel procedure and maintain quality in terms of faculty and staff, efficient administrative service and good benefits and bonuses for the school’s employees.
